"Regidratonik" in infusion-transfusion therapy program.

Currently, a lot of different intravenous fluids are used in surgical and intensive care practiceto eliminate dehydration. One of such drugs is "Regidratonik" presented by Jurabek Laboratories.

This infusion drug is applied for correction of fluid lost during dehydration of various origins, due to vomiting, diarrhea, in the postoperative period, during the collapse, shock ( as a component of various blood substitutes and antishock liquids). In addition, this drug is applied to maintain the volume of blood plasma during and after surgery, recovery of lack of carbohydrates in the body, detoxifying infusion therapy, etc.

In this regard, it is interesting to review the results of using "Regidratonik"  ofJV Jurabek Laboratories in infusion-transfusion therapy program of  patients in general surgery.  Infusion Regidratonik was used in 28 surgical patients with peritonitis of different etiology at “Anesthesiology and Intensive Care" department of Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education.

The results showed that inclusion of Regidratonik - Jurabek Laboratories in scheme in infusion therapy of patients after surgery for peritonitis can effectively eliminate dyskinesia , normalize electrolytes and acid-base balance of blood. Any side effectsand allergic reactions were not observed during the using of Regidraton.

1. Regidratonik drug is an effective to eliminate dyskinesia in surgical patients.

2. Using the drug Regidratonik plasma sodium concentration is within allowable values.

3. In infusion of Regidratonik blood glucose levels remained at the same levels that shows the perspective of the application of this solution in  large volume infusion.

4. The most stable clinical effect is achieved when Regidratonik was  infused at least 500-1000 ml, depending on the degree of dehydration.
